Program: Goal of this program is to shred body fat and pack on moderate muscle. Exercise Information: * 9 week program / 6 workout days * 2 weeks of shredding/1 week of gaining (x3) * Repetitions range from 12-20 on shredding weeks * Repetitions range from 8-10 for gaining weeks * 5 - 2 workouts days, 1 - 1 workout day, and 1 rest day each week Equipment Requirements: Nautilus, free weights, cardio equipment, bands, TRX, and body weight
