Program: Goal of this program is to build muscle mass and muscle endurance. If you have mastered the other levels, this will be the perfect muscle shock to kill any plateaus! Exercise Information: * 6 week program / 6 workout days, 1 rest day * 1st week shred, 2nd week build, 3rd & 4th week shred, 5th week mass, and final week shred * Weight training, cardio, HIIT's, supersets, and changes in dieting * Repetitions will range anywhere from 1 to 20 repetitions for weights.
