Program: Goal of this program is to lean out and slightly build muscle. Exercise Information: * 6 week program / 4 workout days, 3 rest days * Circuit Training (Circuits typically consist of 5 exercises) * HIIT (10 second transitions, with a 60 second break between each round) Equipment Requirements: Cardio equipment, Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, Step Platform, Battle Ropes, Medicine Ball.
